SILVER ANNIVERSARY ~ 25 Years of Cleaning

We are proud to say that we received our Covid certification at the beginning of the pandemic.  I knew we needed to stay ahead of the unknown, to the best of our ability, in order to help our clients feel safe with our team members coming into their homes.  We immediately implemented several Covid protocols in order to be the best and safest in the field. As a business, we are also involved in providing free cleaning to families going through cancer treatments.  As a breast cancer survivor myself, I discovered a wonderful non-profit called “Cleaning for a Reason”.  We are honored to be a part of this charitable organization to help so many families in our community with their home cleaning so they can focus on their healing. https://maidinamericaga.com/celebrating-4-and-a-half-years-of-helping-cancer-patients/

One privilege we have at Maid in America is our affiliation with local business organizations such as the Paulding Chamber of Commerce, Acworth Business Association, Paulding Business Association & the Kennesaw Business Association. These, along with other charitable organizations and women’s groups within our community, are fun and important ways for us to connect to our local community and the people within it!

How do we continue to improve our customer experience? Our staff engages with ongoing employee training. Our cleaning angels love feeling a part of a family where they are treated with respect, kindness & wonderful benefits.  They also have the privilege to work as solo cleaning professionals, not in a team, which empowers them with pride in their work.  An added bonus, especially with recent gas prices, is that they don’t drive to an office every day or out of their local area, which allows them to be home with their families much sooner.

Through the good, bad, and unforeseen, the last 25 years has brought Maid in America success as a small business.
